Location: Los Angeles, CA
Type: Part-Time / Seasonal

Join our painting crew for hands-on, high-quality work in the field. As a Lead Painter, you’ll take charge of transforming homes across Los Angeles with smooth finishes, detailed prep, and professional execution. Great fit for painters who take pride in their craft and can lead by example.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute exterior and interior painting projects

  • Prepare surfaces by power washing, sanding, patching, and priming

  • Apply paint with brushes, rollers, or sprayers for a clean, even finish

  • Lead and support crew members to ensure timely, top-quality results

  • Communicate clearly with clients and project managers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of residential or commercial painting experience

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean workmanship

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Comfortable using ladders and working at height
