Service Description: Paint Company LA provides residential and commercial painting services, including interior and exterior painting, specialty coatings, and surface preparation in the greater Los Angeles, CA area.
Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone at 818-208-0621 or through our website. We do our best to accommodate your preferred times, but availability is subject to scheduling constraints.
Payments: All services must be paid for upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Notice: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Change Orders: Requests to change the scope of work must be made at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled service. Changes made after this period may be subject to a change order fee.
Workmanship: All painting projects are covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty. This warranty covers defects in application but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
Our liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
All content on our website—including logos, text, graphics, and images—is the property of Paint Company LA and is protected by copyright laws.
Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and share personal information.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
